750$ + tx *Lodging tax apply from the 2017 season (3.5% overnight stay)
- 32-feet trailer, 2 closed bedrooms (queen size bed, bunk beds), outdoor kitchenette, living room, kitchen..etc
Rental Conditions
- 1- Priority goes to the first person who gives its deposit. Deposit is 250 $ and non-refundable.
- 2- All camping rules are applicable and the renter agrees to acknowledge them when arriving.
- 3- Trailer is rent weekly from Sunday to Sunday.
- Arrival Time: 3 pm
- Departure time: 11 am
- 4- No refunds nor deduction for advanced departure.
- 5- Pets are not allowed.
- 6- No smoking.
- 7- Prior to your departure, the trailer must be left clean and in good condition. Any breaking or missing object will be billed on your credit card plus an amount of 50 $ for not cleaning the trailer.

RENTAL POLICY FOR SEASON 2017
Non-transferable and non-refundable deposit of:
- (One night) for a stay on a site for one week or less – (2 nights) for a stay on a site for 2 weeks – (3 nights) for a stay on site for 3 weeks. – (4 nights) for a stay on a site for 4 weeks or more.
- No refund in case of bad weather
- No credit note
- Reservation Fee 3.50$ + TX (non-refundable if reservation is made online)
Minimum of 2-day reservation on weekends during high season
Minimum of 3 nights on the following holidays :
- St Jean Baptiste
- Canada Day
- Labor Day
- 1 equipement per site
- Second equipement pays No service fee
