  • 1- /Priority goes to the first person who gives its deposit. 250 $ deposit is non-refundable
  • 2- / Camping regulations are applicable and the landlord agrees to read them when he arrives
  • 3- Trailer is rent by the week, from Sunday to Sunday.
    • Arrival time: 3pm
    • Departure Time: 11am
  • 4- No refund or deduction for delayed departure.
  • 5- Animals are forbidden
  • 6- No smoking in the trailer.
  • 7- When you leave, make sure the trailer is left clean and in good condition. Any breakage or missing items will be charged to your credit card and a 50 $ fee, if cleaning is not done.

RESERVATION POLICY

  • Non-refundable and non-transferable deposit for :
    • <(One night) for a stay on a site for one week or less (2 nights)
    • for a stay on a site for 2 weeks
    • (3 days) for a stay on a site for 3 weeks
    • (4 nights) for a stay on site for 4 weeks.
  • 150.00$ deposit for a reservation of 4 weeks or more.
  • No credit rating.
  • 3.50$ fee for bill
  • Minimum reservation of 2 days for weekends on high season
  • Minimum reservation of 3 nights for the following holidays : St-Jean-Baptiste, Canada Day and Labor Day
  • One equipment per site only; if two equipment, the second pays the no-service fee
  • Fees are for 2 adults and 2 children under 18.

  • Only 1 camping rig per lot
  • If 2 rigs on same lot / No service rate is charged
  • Rates are for 2 adults and 3 children (less than 18 years old)
  • Additional Adult: 8.00$/night
